A few years back while visiting Greece and sampling some authentic Gyros, we discovered the great taste that was centuries in the making, but not for sale in the Boston Metro area. After being in the restaurant business for years, we knew that authentic Greek cuisine would be embraced by businessmen, tourists and foodies alike.
If you're not voting for Zo, you haven't eaten here. This place is amazing. No acropolis kitsch, no dried-out kebabs. AMAZING gyros, hands-down brilliant. Good soups, too. And they move that line through fast on weekdays - I never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes to get to the front even when the line's out the door.

Authentic Greek gyro, avgolemono soup (egg lemon), and lamb chili are only few of my favorites.

This is not your daddy’s Gyro; ZO actually uses fresh chicken breast or fresh pork for its Gyros. Every other Greek place uses the mystery meat which is sent to them frozen. I just wish they open in ZO LA and ZO NYC…

Kind of hard to find, but their pita makes all other pita pale by comparison. Try the soups. Try the sandwiches. Try everything. Lunch only, incredibly fast service even with a long line.
