Verna's Coffee and Donut Shop is a North Cambridge morning institution! The donuts are cooked fresh every morning and the coffee flows piping hot. Despite rumor of Verna's closing at the end of 2006, this local hangout is still open under new ownership.
Glazed, chocolate glazed, and buttercrunch are all great. If the turnovers are fresh out of the oven, get one!

Oh man - So Good! This place has history. The chocolate stick will stop your heart. The staff in there are just N. Cambridge at it's best.
