My members tell me they appreciate our themes. For example, we have themes for every quarter, phase and week. This helps them to understand the emphasis of the programming and how it relates what's happening in their life and provides focus and clarity. Our summer quarter continues priming them for beach season & summer summer sports, while peaking them for fall sports and fall races. Our August phase is a big volume phase where we accumulate a lot of muscle strength & power to set up our September for a taper month of power endurance. These are examples of complimenting training to a clients life. August tends to be a vacation month, so you can challenge clients a little more with workouts that require greater recovery; whereas in September when life stress picks up, kids are back to school, roads are more challenging, we challenge clients with more stamina and energizing workouts that don't tire them out too much.
