I was on a search for a new massage therapist. I asked one of my friends who is an LMT and she recommended Joseph Brescia at Sollievo Massage and Bodywork. From the first phone call I made, I knew I made the right choice. Anne apologized for the glitch in the system that prevented me from submitting my health form on line. She suggested I arrive about 5 minutes early to complete the form. She warmly welcomed me to Sollievo, offered me water or tea and had me make myself comfortable while she brought my file to Joseph for his review. She told me that on my first visit, I would receive 10% off because I printed out the coupon from the website. She asked me if I had insurance and told me that I'd receive a discount on every session after the first session with my health insurance. I had told a friend of mine about Joseph, Sollievo and Zero Balancing Health Association and Anne told me that because she scheduled an appointment, I received an additional discount on my session for the referral. My friend who suggested I see Joseph told me that he has "magical hands" and he does! He also has an open heart and joins in my intentions for healing. At Sollievo, they attend to the details that promote relaxation and healing from warm oil, to the music, to Joseph bringing a glass of water after my session, to ensuring that clients have the full session time on the table. They build in scheduling time to allow for time to talk before and after the session and for the client to get ready for the session. Sollievo means to relieve, to soothe, to ease. They chose a perfect name for Sollievo Massage and Bodywork. I feel blessed and grateful to have found my way to Joseph Brescia and Sollievo.
