I got two free PT sessions upon joining - thats two more than anywhere else! I was asked initially on signing up what sports I play and what i wanted to achieve. Based on my answeres (rugby, want to get back to playing fitness and lose the belly for pre season), I was paired with Krys. Krys is brilliant, took the time to get to know me, my background, my fitness history and what I wanted to achieve, and really pushed me to the limit. Really enjoyable workouts, and even on the days where I'm not doing a PT session, if he's around he'll always give me a little spot check and motivate me to push harder. Can't ask for better than that!
