Quebrada is a full service bakery whose both locations begin operations every day at 3am to ensure a fresh baked product at our 6am retail start. Every morning we bake a variety of croissants, muffins, scones, Danish, pecan rolls, cookies and bread. We also offer a full line of decorated cakes, as well as a unique assortment of hand cut sugar cookies in custom shapes.
Blueberry scones, chocolate cake with buttercream frosting, pain au chocolat, pecan sticky buns and much more.
