The Parish Cafe opened in November of 1992 with 2 convection ovens, a kitchen the size of a closet, 7 sandwiches on our menu, 10 people on our staff and beer and wine only. Boy have we come a long way since then! We now have a full liquor license (with lots of creative martinis), a patio for 30, a staff of over 50, and so many sandwiches that we had to move to a seasonal menu and a kitchen able to put out 500 meals a day.
Always the king of the category. Great size and incredible variety. People watching from the patio is also excellent.

Regal Regis and Potatoe Salad are my favorites...Great tip if the place is too packed (on a nice day), order it to-go from the bar and take your sandwich to the park. Create a little picnic in the Commons
