MBC (Joy) must be motivating in order to get me out of bed at 6AM. It's well organized and there are many options for people with different schedules. They offer 5:15, 6:15, 8:30 morning classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Also, two day sessions if you can't make all three days. I'm waiting for an annual membership so I can sign up : )
