There isn't a correct category because Synergy has tough and results-producing group fitness classes. They're really different than anywhere else I've tried and have a very nice atmosphere and fair prices and policies. These classes hurt but they work!

All of their teachers are so much fun, and they all have a little different twist to their class. Lots of variety!
