Hei La Moon is one of the hidden gems of Chinatown -- across the expressway surface road, the restaurant is tucked beneath a parking garage. They serve authentic Shanghai style cuisine and have weekend dim sum.
Great for those who like authentic Chinese and for those of us who prefer the Americanized version :-)

The dim sum quality is the best in town. Much tastier than the competitors in Chinatown.
