Your first mat class is free so you've got nothing to lose! Also, bring your own water bottle and show up a little earlier to sign in and get set up for class.

This is my mom's studio- I'm still a kid, but I take her pilates classes and they have made me a strong baseball player. Last Saturday, the other team was scared to hit against my pitching and it is all because I have learned to use my core and I can throw really fast! Try pilates, it's not just for girls- it'll make you a better athlete!
