EHChocolatier creates chocolates and confections that are unique and exceptional. Elaine and Catharine produce each piece by hand in small batches, crafting a perfect balance of flavors, texture, and simple beauty.
They infuse ganaches with fresh herbs found locally when possible, Penzey spices, Rishi teas and fruit purees from France.
They masterfully pair single plantation and varietal chocolates sourced from Michel Cluizel, Valrhona, E. Guittard, and El Rey; Their chocolates are made to order to ensure freshness and capture flavor at its peak.
Hands down best, small-batch chocolatier in Boston. Started first Community Supported Chocolate ("CSC"), too. Deserving of award and recognition.
