"Housed in a converted greenhouse, Daedalus makes good use of its two-story digs, with a separate bar and dining area on the first floor and a dark lounge area upstairs where there is another bar, couches, and tables situated under the glass roof. These days the second floor is packed with a lively weekend crowd sampling such appetizers as crispy, tangy panseared crab cakes with chipotle aioli served over tossed greens.
