At Corpbasics we create a fitness experience like no other. We're not a gym. We are a fitness club for the serious exercise enthusiast. We specialize in group classes & personal training. Our clients travel to Somerville from as far away as Needham, Norwood, Woburn and South Boston to take our classes and work out with our trainers.
The name Corpbasics means the Corporation of Basics. It is our belief that having good basics will help you get the most out of your fitness routine, whether it be in a group exercise class or in one on one personal training. Having good basics means having the right alignment, technique, and form when carrying out your routine. All of the classes and personal training programs are designed with good basics in mind. Through years of experience we have learned how the body operates. Our routines are structured in such a way that forces the mind and the body to work together to produce results. Our focus is to teach you how to make the connection and experience a total body change, from the inside out. It is easy enough to strengthen muscle, it is another thing to build confidence.
Definitely the best kick boxing class in the city!!! It's lots of fun and a super workout!

Andrew Haynes in my eyes is the Very Best at what he does. His hard work & commitment in helping others achieve their goals goes with out question. Pay attention Boston & Beyond. If you want help extending your health, there is no comparison in any other in what Mr. Haynes can do for one and ALL.. Corpbasics is definitely the way to a new you..
