Clear Flour Bread offers a number of different pastries including morning buns and chocolate brioche. The bakery specializes in making authentic breads of Italy and France. Using simple ingredients, we scratch mix and hand shape long fermented dough for stone hearth baking.
Tough to choose between 7 Grain, Mueller's Bread or the New England Night, but everything here is tremendous.

Like stopping off in Paris. They make an appearance at the Farmer's Market in Coolidge Corner on Thursdays.

Love the challah, sourdough, french baguettes. Actually, it doesn't matter what you get here. It will always be fresh and delicious.
