Bova Bakery is considered by many to have the best cookies in Boston. The Bova Bakery also sells a number of different pastries and sweets such as almond biscotti and whoopie pies. Since it is open 24 hours, it gets a great deal of recognition as a great local late nite eatery.
The pastry is fabulous, but try one of their delicious subs with fresh coldcuts. YUM!

You can't go wrong at Bova's...all the pastry is out of this world. My personal favorite is the cannoli with chocolate chips.

I've gone here since high school, and I have never left unsatisfied! My favs are the chocolate dipped cannolis and biscotti. Best of the North End!

LOVE Bova's! Affordable, delicious, and 24 hours...what more could you ask for? Well, maybe a friendly staff, which they also have. Not only can you get dessert pastries (I recommend the chocolate chip cannoli), but you can get calzones and similar meal-foods.
