Wu Dao offers programs suitable for adults and youths seeking to improve overall health and learn self-defense. Through physical and mental training, students of Wu Dao gain self confidence, improve self-discipline, and sharpen mental awareness. Visits by Shaolin Warrior Monk, Shifu Shi De Cheng, serve to bridge the Wu Dao curriculum with 1,500 years of authentic Kung fu lineage.
