My boot camp program is more than just a great workout. I create communities of people all looking to improve their overall fitness, learn how to live a healthier lifestyle, meet new people, and who want to feel, look, and perform at their best.
AMO boot camp is a healthy solution for busy professionals, new moms, former or current athletes, students, or anyone who wants to make a change in their lives for the better. Specially designed for ALL fitness levels, our intense, interval based bootcamp workouts focus on pushing you outside your comfort zone. Most of the boot camp circuits are performed without weights, relying on your own body weight for resistance. Whether you are looking for a weight loss exercise program or just to kickstart your fitness routine, my bootcamp program can help you reach your fitness goals. Each boot camp is instructed by myself, a certified, experienced personal trainer that is dedicated to motivating and educating each member equally.
Boot camp runs for 60 minutes and starts with a warm up, followed by a series of workouts, and ends with a cool down. All boot camps are held at Mayor Danehy Park, as outdoor environments provide an ever-changing landscape that challenges you to adjust swiftly to different terrain, inclines, declines, obstacles and climates. This type of challenge improves your body-mind connection and sharpens your balance, agility, functional strength and coordination. It's the best way to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Extensive research continues to show the many benefits of outdoor fitness, which include dramatic increases in fitness level, the ability to burn more calories, a measurable reduction in stress, and increased feelings of well-being, not to mention it is FUN!
