The annual market, now in its second year, brings locally grown produce and baked goods from area farmers and artisans. Beginning June 19th and running through October, the parking lot of the Harvard Allston Education Portal will be transformed into a sustainable market with a medley of vendors, local farmers, bakers, beekeepers and chocolatiers. Special events will be held on the last Friday of each month throughout the season.
Market vendors accept WIC checks, EBT/food stamps, Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program coupons, and Boston Bounty Bucks, which in Boston double the value of food stamps for purchases between $1 and $10.
